    - Evening: networking during Welcome dinner with all participants at Titanic Belfast.
  • Wednesday 10 May: conference during all day
    - Evening: Cocktail and Jazz at Sixteen South Studios, music performance at Bullitt Hotel as of 10pm
  • Thursday 11 May: conference and Farewell dinner with all participants in the City Hall of Belfast.
  • Friday 12 May: departure of participants

Cartoon has booked several rooms in the Europa Hotel in Belfast, which is also the conference venue.

The nearest airport is Belfast International Airport. For domestic flights, the airport is George Best Belfast City Airport.

  • Transfers from Belfast Airport

Please kindly note that CARTOON will not organise any transfers from and to the airport.
For international flights: The Belfast International Airport is ituated at Aldergrove, 19 miles from the centre of Belfast. Journey time approximately 30 minutes (via the M2 motorway). An airport shuttle service (Express 300) operates between the City Centre/Europa Hotel and Belfast International Airport (T: (44) (0)28 9448 4848).

For local flights: The N.I. Rail service to Sydenham stops at the airport and runs from Great Victoria Street Station (T: (44) (0)28 9093 9093). You can take the Airport Express 600 between Belfast City Airport and Europa Hotel.

  • Transfers in Belfast

Please kindly note that CARTOON will not organise any transfers from and to the train station. The hotels are all located at maximum 20 minutes on foot from the main station. The Citybus Centrelink Service 100 provides a link between rail stations and Europa Hotel (T: +44 (0)28 9066 6630).

  • Taxi
